New Job Position

Executive Assistant 


It’s that time of year again when we are expanding the team to tackle the ever growing productions at Daniel Alexander Films. 


We are seeking a part time executive assistant with excellent communication skills and a passion for the creative industries to help manage our slate of video/film productions. The successful candidate will ideally be located within the West Midlands region and have a track record of transferable organisational skills. 


 The required responsibilities will include: 


  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner 

  • Schedule and organise meetings, appointments and events 

  • Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities 

  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes

  • Work creatively with producers and directors in the production of video content

  • Perform other administrative duties as required



The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and have availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends where required with given notice. 


This is a remote position, so the majority of the work can be done from home if preferred except for physical meetings/productions where you may be required on a film set. The successful candidate will be required to have access to a computer and reliable internet access to fulfil this role.


The role will be designed around the availability and schedule of the Candidate/Daniel Alexander Films, and salary will be between £12-15 per hour depending on experience


Please note: Here at Daniel Alexander Films, we are keen to find individuals who want to grow with the company and have a great positive energy and genuine excitement about developing new and existing creative projects. A strong background in film production is not essential, but we would hope to find someone with a love for film or the creative arts in general.
