We are excited to begin production on our latest film production. ‘CRADLE OF MINE’ is a short horror pilot/concept that we are producing with the intention of garnering enough attention to further produce it into a feature film. The production will take place over 2 days in the Midlands area, and all roles are PAID.
MIDLANDS FILM ARCHIVE
We are proud to launch a brand new platform, The Midlands Film Archive. The Midlands Film Archive is a showcase of films made by talented filmmakers living or originating from the Midlands, UK. Midlands-based filmmakers are scattered far and wide across the reaches of the internet. With so many great examples of storytelling available, we decided to help celebrate that talent by putting the best of them in one place for you to enjoy.
Daniel Alexander, Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders), Debbie Isitt (Nativity Film’s), Natalie Griffith (CEO Identity Spark) Neil Duncanson (North One TV) and Ed Shedd (Chair) today announced our new Industry Screen Body #Createcentral where we’ll be working together to develop the screen industry in the West Midlands. Thank you to Marverine Cole for being an amazing host and the Mayor Andy Street for the epic presentation. Watch this space.
We're putting on monthly meetings with new and emerging filmmakers, with the intention of providing an encouraging space to offer questions and answers about how to best navigate their journey into the industry.
