Monoreels Booking Policy

At Monoreels, we deliver cinematic-quality showreels that capture your talent at its absolute best.
To keep things smooth, fair, and professional for all clients, please read our booking policy before securing your shoot.

1. Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of your shoot.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• By the Client:

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• By Monoreels:

  • In the rare event that we need to reschedule, we will provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

  • Clients may either move their booking to a new date or receive a full refund of their deposit.

  • Monoreels is not liable for any additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings) that may have been incurred by the client due to a rescheduled or cancelled booking.

3. Service Style & Creative Direction

By booking, you acknowledge you have reviewed our [portfolio] and are booking us for our specific cinematic style, format, and approach.

• Input is welcome, but final creative direction, scene blocking, and shot composition remain at the discretion of the Monoreels team.

• Your Monoreel includes only what is outlined in the “What’s Included” section. Any additional requests (such as headshots, extra scenes, specific body profiles, or alternative edits) fall outside the standard package and will require a separate booking and fee.

• All Monoreels are delivered in our branded format to ensure consistency and quality.

4. What’s Included

• A 1–2 minute cinematic scene filmed at our studio (unless otherwise agreed).

• Direction, camera operation, and professional editing.

• Final edit delivered via download link within 14 days of filming.

5. Raw Footage

• Raw, unedited footage is not included.

• It can be purchased for an additional fee (price on request).

6. Punctuality

• Please arrive on time and camera-ready (hair, makeup, and wardrobe prepared).

• Late arrivals may result in reduced filming time to avoid affecting other clients.

7. Social Media & Marketing

• We may capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes.

• To opt out, please notify us in writing before your shoot.

8. Agreement to Terms

By paying your deposit, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
